Yoga movement and meditation have been scientifically proven to provide both physical and mental benefits, including reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, tension, and chronic pain. In this session, we’ll discuss the science behind movement and meditation as sources of sustained wellness. We’ll be practicing breath, movement, and meditation together. You’ll learn a set of holistic breath and movement exercises that could be practiced daily for mobility, emotional processing, and decreased tension.
